Applying for Funding

Our application process is open to our four selected medical schools between 1 December and 31 March each year.

Schedule for grant process

• 1 December – Online application process OPENS
• 1 March – Grant recipients from previous year are asked to provide reports for Trustees
• 31 March (midnight) – Online application process CLOSES
• Mid May – Trustees meet to consider applications
• Early June – Successful and unsuccessful applicants notified of outcome by letter/email
• September – Grant cheques issued
